RETURNS – MotoOption


Our goal is to give you a great shopping experience and and an amazing product. Read on for instructions on how to return or exchange a product purchased in our online store. If you need to return a product purchased in a retail store, please take it back to the store you bought it in.
If you need to exchange a product for a different size, Please send it along with a note including your order number, return address, and the size needed to;

If your looking to exchange a product for another color or item please contact Customer Service at 585-545-7425 or email for assistance with exchanges. NOTE: Custom apparel can not be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
We have a 30 day return policy on all standard clothing and products, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you received them.

Package the item(s) securely and ship them to MotoOption Returns using the address listed below. Please make sure your package is prepaid, as we are unable to accept C.O.D. returns.

Upon our receipt, a credit in the form of payment used, less shipping charges, will be issued. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed.

MotoOption custom products are custom made for our customers and they can not be resold if returned. Once we have started processing an order, the sale is final and we will not be able to return or exchange the item. If you want to cancel or change an order, you must contact us immediately.  If we have not started processing your order, we will gladly cancel your order and refund your money or change it as requested. MotoOption stands behind the quality of our products.  If there is a manufacturer defect, simply contact us within 30 days and we will fix or replace the item or refund your money at our discretion. Please note that we can not be held responsible for mistakes you made when placing an order. 

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 Business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

MotoOption reserves the right to change this policy at any time, with or without notice.  MotoOption also reserves the right to deny any claim for change, return, refund, exchange, warranty claim, cancellation or any other claim not stated here at our discretion.
