2021 PLANNING:

At MotoOption, our goal is to make your holiday shopping experience as easy as possible and ensure that all of your packages arrive in time for that special occasion. When shopping online there are several things you must factor in while calculating when your shipment will arrive. It’s always best to order early as it saves money on expedited shipping, reduces stress, and ensures your package will arrive on time. But don't worry, regardless of when you order we will do our best to make sure we find the best way to get your package delivered safely and on time. Below is some information that should help when planning your holiday shopping.

PROCESSING:

We do our best to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Standard, in stock orders will ship within 24 hours. For orders that include custom apparel please allow up to 3 business days processing time for us to personalize your item before your order will ship. If you need to expedite your custom apparel order please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. (fees may apply)

SHIPPING:

MotoOption uses UPS and USPS for all domestic shipping and international orders. Shipping options include USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground and UPS 3 Day. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekends will ship the following Monday. For our local customers we now offer Local Pickup to help save you shipping cost and transit time!

  • USPS Priority Mail transit time is 2-3 business days 
  • UPS Ground transit time is 1-5 business days - Please see below for transit time map.

DEADLINES:

Thursday December 15th will be the last for you to place a personalized order and have it be delivered for Christmas using Priority Mail. Friday December 17th will be the last day for standard / in stock orders.  If you miss the deadline or have questions please contact us for expedited options, it is our goal to make your holiday shopping experience the best possible and are willing to do whatever we can to make sure you get the gifts your special someone deserves. This year the shipping carriers are overloaded and delays are to be expected so please plan accordingly. We are not responsible for carrier delays. 

Looking for personalized apparel? Personalized apparel typically takes 1-3 business days to process but we do have expedited options available and depending on your location we also have various shipping options.
