At MotoOption, we’re here to make your holiday shopping smooth and stress-free, ensuring your gifts arrive on time for that special moment. When shopping online, timing is key to account for processing and shipping times. Ordering early not only saves on expedited shipping costs but also reduces stress and guarantees timely delivery. Rest assured, regardless of your order timing, we’ll do everything we can to deliver your package quickly and safely.

PROCESSING:
We aim to process and ship all standard, in-stock orders within 24 hours. For orders including custom apparel, please allow up to 3 business days for personalization before shipping. Need a rush on your custom order? Reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs (additional fees may apply).

SHIPPING:
MotoOption partners with UPS and USPS for both domestic and international shipping. Available shipping options include:

  • USPS First Class
  • USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
  • UPS Ground (1-5 business days)
  • UPS 3-Day Select

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Weekend orders will ship the following Monday. Local customers can also take advantage of Local Pickup to save on shipping and time!

DEADLINES:

  • Custom Apparel: Order by Friday, December 13th for Christmas delivery via USPS Priority Mail.
  • Standard Orders: Order by Tuesday, December 17th for guaranteed delivery.
    If you miss the deadlines, contact us for expedited shipping options—we’ll do everything we can to help your gifts arrive on time!

Important Notes:
Shipping carriers often experience delays during the holidays, so we recommend planning ahead. While we’ll work hard to get your order to you on time, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
